We have all now heard about mindfulness and meditation, I am very happy to see it’s becoming more mainstream, and so much more is being understood about its amazing capacity to treat a range of conditions, such as anxiety, depression, stress, fear and addictions.
Those who have learned to practice mindfulness and meditation no longer see life as a series of random events that they have no power over, or themselves as helpless victims of their external reality and a world in which they have no influence over.
Instead they have found the place of the observer, the witness, the seat of their consciousness and place of inner power. Mindfulness has the capacity to not only help us with the day to day challenge of being human, but bring us to the powerful realisation and re-connection to our creative essence and divine spark, as we re-discover that every one of us is the artist, designer and architect of our own experiences and personal reality.
Learn through basic mindfulness techniques and exercises, including the traditional check in and progressive relaxation, and re-discover your true nature and power. Through cultivating awareness we can begin to recognise that how we perceive the world, and the story we tell ourselves, directly influences and shapes our very world.
