The Bridge

How can I heal emotional patterns?

Emotional patterns tend to repeat because they are not just mental blueprints. They are held in the body, the nervous system, and in the way we relate to ourselves and others.

We can think of ourselves as an intricate tapestry, made up of many threads and layers. Within this weaving, sensations and feelings are also held. This is why understanding a pattern intellectually is often not enough to change it. The body and nervous system must also be included, allowing what has been held or stored to be expressed and released.

Healing begins when we can meet ourselves and our patterns with awareness and compassion, rather than reacting from within them or as them. This creates space for new responses, new choices, and ultimately new experiences to emerge.

In this work, emotional patterns are approached as meaningful expressions of your system. They offer insight into what is ready to be seen, integrated, and transformed.
