An IAM Presence Session is a quiet and powerful space where you are met without story, analysis or expectation.

Rather than working through narrative or technique, we rest beneath the mind, in the field of presence where real reorganisation occurs. From here, the deeper intelligence of your system is able to recalibrate naturally, gently, and with total precision.

You do not need to know how to enter presence or hold any particular state. Presence meets you. The field does the work, and your system naturally settles enough to be met.

Nothing is imposed.
Nothing is forced.

What unfolds arises from the truth of your own field, enabling mind, emotions and nervous system to return to coherence through simple contact with presence.

Because this contact is immediate and non-conceptual, changes can sometimes unfold more quickly than expected. This work is therefore best suited to those who feel ready to meet themselves without buffers, interpretation or the need to control the pace of change.

This work is subtle, grounded but profoundly and deeply effective.


THE ESSENCE OF THE WORK

Presence-led frequency work is a way of meeting what is here with honesty, stillness and depth.

As we settle into presence, old patterns release without effort. Your system moves out of compensation and into alignment with what is true at the core of your Being. Change happens from within, not through doing, but through direct contact with awareness.

Clients often describe these sessions as grounding, spacious and deeply restorative, with effects that continue to unfold naturally after the session has ended. 


HOW A SESSION UNFOLDS

Each session follows the natural rhythm of your system.

We begin with a few minutes of settling, sensing what is alive in the moment.

From there, the session moves through three gentle phases:

  1. Dropping into Presence

    The field stabilises, awareness softens and expands, you feel yourself touch base and return to your body and the present moment.

  2. Frequency Recalibration

    This is the heart of the session and usually lasts around twenty minutes. 

    It may involve hands-on contact or simply sharing the field together. 

In this state, the system reorganises very quickly, emotional residue resolves and dissolves and somatic holding and tension loosens. 

The nervous system recalibrates.
Clarity returns.

  1. Integration and Return

    We spend some time re-orienting, settling and grounding before closing, supporting the shift to integrate naturally.

People often leave feeling steadier, clearer and ‘more themselves’.

It may not be for you if you are looking for a ritual- or ceremony-based practice, metaphorical healing stories, spirit encounters, or psychic information or readings.


AFTER YOUR SESSION

In the hours and days following an IAM Presence Session, your system may continue to settle and reorganise. It is important to remember that your system knows what it is doing, and to trust the process as much as possible.

You may feel calm, clear and spacious. You may also notice emotions, sensations, tiredness or restlessness arising as deeper layers come into awareness. This is a natural part of integration and usually resolves on its own.

Occasionally the body may release through sensations such as warmth, heaviness, shakiness or mild physical detox-like responses. This is simply the nervous system unwinding old patterns.

If anything feels strong or unfamiliar, gently return to the body through some gentle grounding or you may find it helpful to place a hand on your chest or abdomen and rest with the simple sense of “I am”, reminding your nervous system you are safe.
