The Bridge Session

THE ESSENCE OF THE WORK

The Bridge Session brings together reflective inquiry, somatic work and deep presence-led change within one coherent arc.

In the first part of the session, we invite the pattern that is most alive for you now to be met, as we start with some gentle nervous system recalibration and grounding .  We explore what is happening within your mind, body and being, attuning you to the landscape of your psyche in new and organic ways, without getting lost in narrative.  We learn how to use the body as a compass and messenger and begin to see the beauty within the shadows.   We learn to track how fear or conditioning is showing up in real time physically, and where and how this sits emotionally in the body and psyche.  Through relationship and expression, you will be guided to hold, release or integrate what arises, cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself and all your parts.

The second part of the sess shifts into held presence, and at this time you will be invited to lie down and simply relax.  During this phase, nothing is required of you and there is no state to achieve.  In this held container of presence, the nervous system has space to settle beyond the framework of the thinking mind or the somatic work we have engaged in as the deeper field of intelligence naturally moves us into congruence, alignment, re-orientation  Emotional charges often soften and your system begins to reorganise and recalibrate around what has just been recognised, without intervention or conscious process.  It is also often deeply relaxing and peaceful.

Single sessions are available. Meaningful and lasting shifts often unfold across a short arc of work and a three-session container is available for those who want continuity and integration.
