Q & A
Can healing help acute, long term or chronic physical ailments?

Long term change requires a level of effort, commitment, discipline and consistency.

An immediate short-term effect of healing can often be deep relaxation, a calming of the mind and connection to something deeper. It provides the body with an opportunity to slow down and reset as well as a catalyst for the ‘behind the scenes work’.

To make long term change, deeper exploration and integration of the root causes of these symptoms are the medicine. Long term change requires a level of effort, commitment, discipline and consistency. We need to identify the resources and learn the tools that will support us and provide the foundation for us to create our best life, our healthiest and happiest body and our most magical connections and relationships. Whilst we can absolutely experience dramatic and even life changing shifts from one session, particularly after a shamanic healing session, I think it’s important to recognise and acknowledge that that as multi-faceted beings, with many layers to our life and our history, it is a journey with more than one step. If we want to get in shape, we know we probably need to consistently exercise, and make the choice to feed and nourish ourselves in a supportive way. As all reality has its roots in the mind, to prioritise our spiritual, mental and emotional well-being, by cultivating awareness and realising the interconnectedness of all the dimensions of our being, is to reclaim control over our reality and become the alchemist and creator we are.

It is my understanding and perspective that ALL disease can be healed, irrespective of diagnosis or prognosis.
