How do I know what type of healing session is best for me...

What’s the difference between a shamanic healing session and a talk and heal session?

If it’s a healing you are looking for, (as opposed to mindfulness coaching, or perhaps any of the shamanic training programmes or the alchemist’s way), then there are really two primary sessions to choose from. These are the Talk and Heal sessions, and a longer Shamanic healing session I recommend you read about these here on my site to gain more insight as to what they are about. In summary, a Talk and heal session is generally a mix of exploratory conversation, with hands on healing and/or other healing practices like mindfulness etc. It can also be all or primarily talking/exploration, with little or no hands-on healing, this is led by you and can unfold organically too. A shamanic healing is probably considered more intense and whilst all of my sessions are spirit led, a shamanic healing carries the flavour of magic and mystery that comes with the healing story and the abstract way in which the work may present. Shamanic healings are for big change so come prepared for transformation!
