- What is Distance Healing...?

Distance healing is any form of healing energy "sent" across time and space that is received and has a healing effect on the recipient. With this type of healing, you do not have to be physically present with the healer to receive the healing. It may be done over the phone, by skype or at a special time set aside and agreed upon between you and the practitioner.
One of the basic teachings of energy healing is that we are more than our physical bodies.
We have an energy body made up of our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centres) and the meridians (energy pathways.) Like our physical body that takes in food to nourish it and give it energy, our energy body does the same. The energy fields take energy in, the chakras break it down, and the meridians distribute it throughout the body.
Distance Healing is just as effective as if it was done in person because in holistic medicine therapies, we are working with the physical, emotional and mental aspects of the patient by accessing the individual’s energy body and working on those directly. The energy body can be accessed easily from anywhere and at any time and does not require you to be physically present with the practitioner.
How is this possible ?
We live under the Illusion of Time and Space, which means that for most of us, our experience of this physical reality is governed by the perceptions that time and space are real and fixed. Our perceptions are locked into this paradigm that things are not only separated by distance, but that time only moves in one direction-forward.
This perception, particularly that of time, is one of the things that keeps us firmly rooted in the physical world and at the same time may also limit our ability to manifest change and experience instant healings.
Shamanic healers will tell you that time is an "illusion" and when a healer facilitates a distance healing, he or she is going outside of time and space. The Healer is altering her perception by any number of techniques, and Serap uses Quantum Touch level 2 and Reiki Master techniques to achieve this. Recent discoveries in quantum physics provide the scientific underpinning for many of the holistic healing phenomenon we have seen for millennia. What science is now showing about space or "distance" between objects is that they are actually not separate as they may seem, and though we experience things as being separate from us, this again is merely a perception of our limited belief in the illusion that time and space are fixed.
