Hypnosis is simply a tool for deep relaxation which allows to access the deeper parts of our mind to make positive changes to unwanted thoughts, habits and behaviours.

Hypnosis helps with many areas such as phobias and habits, sleep problems, confidence issues, sports performance, weight issues, exercise, motivation and public speaking.

We all know how stress and anxiety affect our health and well being and how positive mental attitudes contribute to our sense of our well being and happiness. When we are diagnosed with chronic or long term illness, finding a way to manage our emotions and our feelings of stress and worry become even more important. Maintaining a positive state of mind contributes enormously to the success of our recovery, our every day well being and our healing. I work with clients in hypnosis to enable them to access their own innate resources for strength, resilience and positivity so they feel calmer and more equipped to move forward.

Controlling (or managing) the symptoms of a chronic condition or a treatment programme can be most effective when you create a health care and well being plan that takes into consideration your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health needs. This can include taking medication, healthy eating, exercise and complementary treatments such as Reiki, meditation, hypnotherapy.

There can be a number of ways that hypnosis can help us manage our symptoms with greater ease and when we are relaxed, calm and open our body has more capacity to work at restoring balance and harmony.

I normally work with clients over a series of hypnosis sessions, most commonly 3 x 1 hour sessions as this enables us to work on your specific issues to bring about positive change that is sustainable, empowering and healing. 

Single Hypnotherapy Session 1hr @ £85.00

Hypno-Healing Session 90 mins @ £120.00

This is a combination of hypnotherapy to work on the core focus areas and energy healing to aid innate healing and boost the body’s natural resources.

3 Hypnotherapy Sessions 3 x 1 hr £220.00

All suggestions relate to managing your well being and working with your health challenges and lifestyle habits. I am not offering a cure for your illness or disease, although improvements in mental and emotional well being can contribute enormously to our healing success.
