What is it ?

Hypnosis is simply a tool for deep relaxation which allows to access the deeper parts of our mind to make positive changes to unwanted thoughts, habits and behaviours.

Diving deep into the subconscious mind to uncover and treat the root causes of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction, hypnosis is a deep and powerful tool of transformation.


As an energy healer, mindfulness coach and shamanic practitioner, I look at healing on all levels, whether this is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. Our deepest held unconscious beliefs and experiences can manifest in all kinds of ways, from our unwanted habits, anxiety and fear, addictions, pain and general dis-ease. Using hypnotherapy in conjunction with an awareness of how those hidden beliefs / trauma and blockages in the energetic body can affect us, I use hypnosis to tackle the problem on not just the subconscious level through suggestion and reprogramming but by clearing the energy pathways and stuck emotions associated with them.

We all know how stress and anxiety affect our health and how positive mental attitudes contribute to our sense of our well being and happiness.

Clearing outdated unconscious thought patterns can help us to achieve not only a positive state of mind but contributes enormously to the success of our recovery and healing.

Hynotherapy enables you to access your own innate resources for strength, resilience, healing and positivity, as well as changing habits, patterns or specific goals.

When working towards health and well being, a treatment programme can be most effective when that health care plan that takes into consideration your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health needs and history. This can include taking medication, healthy eating, exercise and complementary treatments such as Reiki, meditation, hypnotherapy.

True wellness starts from within and this is where we work mainly with hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy can work specifically with your personal health issues by working on:

Hypnosis Mythbusting

Sessions

I normally work with clients over a series of hypnosis sessions, most commonly 3 x 1 hour sessions as this enables us to work on your specific issues to bring about positive change that is sustainable, empowering and healing.

Single Hypnotherapy Session 1hr - £150

Group of 3 Sessions 1hr - £320

Session Format:

15 min zoom, to discuss your issue, and provides me the information needed to prepare and tailor your bespoke hypnosis script to your specific needs in advance of your session.

Followed by 45 minute face to face session for the hypnosis session, which will be recorded so you can listen to it again at a later date should you require and be relevant.

All suggestions relate to managing your well being and working with your health challenges and lifestyle habits. I am not offering a cure for illness or disease, although improvements in mental and emotional well being can contribute enormously to our healing success.

(Please note the Stop Smoking session is usually one 2 hour session).
