Mindfulness is the capacity to bring our awareness back to the present moment by focusing on the breath, the body, or an object. It can also be called presence or awareness. Presence is primary; it is both the foundation for a balanced, peaceful life, and the portal to deeper questions about who and what we truly are. It is not an optional spiritual practice but essential in every way imaginable.


The Foundations – Beginner’s Mind

Most of us live in our heads, disconnected from our bodies, caught in memories of the past or projections into the future. From the moment we wake until our head touches the pillow, the mind is often noisy, restless, and on autopilot.

Without awareness, our thoughts run unchecked and they weave narratives that shape our perception and directly influence our biology. A stressful thought creates a stress response in the body, and whether the threat is real or imagined, the brain does not distinguish between them. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, chronic tension, and dis-ease, simply from a lack of awareness or presence.

Through mindfulness, we can slow down, reconnect, and interrupt the autopilot. We begin to notice:

  • The chatter of the mind
  • The silent witness behind it, often called the observer
  • The sensations and messages from the body
  • How our thoughts and perceptions shape reality and how therefore we might change them!

Our thoughts arise from deep-seated beliefs, many of which are held in the subconscious. Mindfulness and other related practices such as hypnosis, give us access to these layers, helping us rewrite old patterns and change the script.

Mindfulness is not limited to meditation cushions or ritual moments. And its not about switching off thoughts and reaching a state or nirvana or bliss. It is a living evolving practice that you carry into every interaction and every choice. Over time, with patience, commitment and intention, it becomes a fundamental way of being.

I reached out to Serap in March 2020 when a medical condition and the broader pandemic were causing me severe stress and anxiety. Immediately she took time to understand the specific problems and the underlying issues that were the root cause.

With this knowledge we then worked on key mindfulness practices – starting on the basics and building the disciplines that helped my mental well being. Serap was very structured and made sure I got into the habit of practicing these disciplines between sessions.

She was also great in asking about the issues that had arisen before we met every week.

This allowed her to be fully prepared and for us to focus quickly on the mindfulness exercises that would best help.

I would whole heartedly recommend Serap both for her insight and knowledge in the area of mindfulness, plus her passion and advocacy for the importance of mental health and self care in whatever you are currently facing.

1The Four-Week Intensive – Foundations of Mindfulness

One-to-one sessions over four weeks to introduce and embed the core practices of mindfulness.
We explore:

  • Breathwork and body-based awareness
  • Simple visualisations to anchor presence
  • Exploring your personal patterns of thought
  • Building a practice that fits your life

You’ll leave with the tools to integrate mindfulness into daily living, relationships, and work. Benefits include greater calm, emotional resilience, clarity, and the ability to respond rather than react. You start to tune into the power your perception wealds, and moderate and shift your thinking in ways that serve you and your life.

2The Alchemist’s Presence – Advanced Exploration

Bespoke one-to-one sessions for those ready to go beyond foundational practice into the deeper layers of presence work and frequency exploration.

Together we work with:

  • The subconscious and patterns shaping your life at a quantum level
  • Emotional integration and inner child work, paired with alchemy
  • Energy awareness and the quantum field
  • Presence as the foundation for manifestation and creation

These sessions are fluid and responsive, guided by what arises each week. They offer a living transmission of presence, meeting you exactly where you are, and gently guiding you into remembrance of who you really are.


Mindfulness for You and Your Family

Mindfulness is accessible for all ages. As a certified youth wellbeing and resilience coach, I offer practices tailored for children and families. Through creative visualisation, relaxation, and simple presence techniques, families can:

  • Improve communication and look at deeper root issues of recurring themes
  • Build emotional resilience and connection
  • Reframe experiences, providing framework for everyday practices for all
  • Learn the joy and power in supporting each other in healthy ways

Family sessions are suitable for ages 7+, and can be a beautiful way to spend quality time together while learning skills for life.

4 x 45 minutes – £240
A complete introduction to mindfulness, building a lasting foundation for presence in everyday life. This is ideal if you are new to the practice or wish to strengthen and refresh your skills.

Individual Add-On Sessions – Foundations
45 minutes – £60
Available after the Four-Week Intensive or as a stand-alone session for those who want to deepen their existing mindfulness practice.

Presence – The Alchemist’s Way
55 minutes – £75
Advanced one-to-one sessions for those ready to explore presence as a creative and alchemical force — moving beyond foundational mindfulness into emotional integration, subconscious transformation, and quantum-level awareness.

All sessions are personalised and adapted to your intentions — whether you seek stress relief, deeper relaxation, support in relationships, spiritual development, or expanded states of consciousness.

Presence work can sometimes bring strong emotions or old experiences to the surface. I work with a trauma-informed, trauma-sensitive approach, guided by the Four R’s framework, to ensure your emotional safety and wellbeing at every stage of your journey.
