What’s your cancellation / refund policy?

...and is the session confidential?

Cancellations / postponements of appointments are sometimes unavoidable, and I do my best to accommodate and be fair. Please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or postpone an appointment otherwise the following charges will apply:

More than 48 hours = No fee
Less than 48 hours = 50% fee
Less than 24 hours / No Show = 100% fee

Please note that if you wish to cancel a hypnotherapy session, after the initial zoom consultation has been carried out, a 50% fee will apply, unless the follow up session is rescheduled.


Is the session confidential?

Yes. Anything you share and we discuss is private and held in confidence, and any notes or intake forms are kept in line with GDPR and Insurance requirements.

There are exceptional circumstances where there may be a legal obligation for a practitioner to disclose information, for instance in the event of a crime, public health issue, abuse etc, or to safeguard or prevent serious harm or injury. If such an unexpected situation arose, you would be informed by the practitioner of their intent to break confidentiality. This applies to many professional bodies, practitioner, social workers, counsellors etc.
